 People seek psychotherapy for many different reasons. These might relate to relationships, questions relating to sex, gender, experiences of loss, trauma, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, self-destructive behaviours, lack of confidence, experiences of depression and anxiety.

At the core of my clinical practice is my belief that our early environment shapes us on an unconscious level, sometimes causing us to repeat patterns of behaviour which may bring distress. In my practice, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to speak freely and explore the questions that bring you to therapy. Our work together will aim to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and address issues that may be troubling you.​
